3D CT Analysis:

• Genioplasty: Maintain chin length and anteroposterior position, reduce width by 8mm.

• Mandible Angle Reduction: Resection of the mandibular angle from the earlobe, including cortical bone reduction.

• Zygoma Reduction: Reduction of the zygomatic arch with upward fixation, targeting both the 45-degree and lateral zygomatic prominence.
