Surgical Plan:
Genioplasty: Maintain chin length and anteroposterior position, reduce width by 8mm.
Mandible Angle Reduction: Resection of the mandibular angle from the earlobe, including cortical bone reduction.
Zygoma Reduction: Reduction of the zygomatic arch with upward fixation, targeting both the 45-degree and lateral zygomatic prominence.
Surgical Outcomes:
The surgery resulted in a slimmer, more defined, and naturally harmonious facial structure.
